FAQ'S
Q: What time is check-in / check-out?
A: All check-ins are from 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm. We are happy to arrange a late arrival provided requests are made at least 48 hours in advance, otherwise reservations will be deemed cancelled after 6:30 pm and subject to our cancellation policies. Unfortunately, we are not able to accommodate check-ins after 9 pm. Check-out time is 11:00 am. Check outs after 11 am are subject to a late check out fee.
Q: Do you require a deposit?
A: We require a deposit of 50% of the total cost of the reservation to hold your room. This deposit will be collected at the time you make your reservation. We will then charge the remaining balance on the date your reservation becomes non-refundable – generally 7 days prior to your scheduled check-in.
Q: What is your Cancellation Policy?
A: Reservations may be canceled or changed up to 7 days in advance of your scheduled arrival date. Changes (including postponements) or cancelations made after this time are subject to a penalty of the full amount of the scheduled stay. Reservations made within 7 days of your scheduled arrival date are final. A 30-day cancellation policy applies to all multi-suite reservations. The cancellation policy for room blocks and buyouts are set forth in the Room Block / Buyout Term and Conditions.
Q: Do you allow smoking or vaping?
A: The Victorian Mansion has a strict no-smoking and no-flame (e.g. candles) policy, but guests are welcome to smoke in our outdoor gazebo area. If a guest smokes in the Mansion or in any of its suites, the guest will be charged a "freshening" fee of $250.
Q: How many guests are allowed per room?
A: Our intimate size requires that the use of our suites be limited to registered guests only and a maximum of 2 persons per suite.
Q: Are children allowed?
A: We love children but you should know that the Victorian Mansion was designed to be a romantic getaway for adults. Minors are welcome but each adult must agree not to leave any minor children under the age 14 years of age unattended at any time during their stay. They must also agree to monitor the minors closely at all times so as to preserve the experience of the our other guests and also to avoid injury and damage.
Q: Do you allow pets?
A: We love all animals, but unfortunately we do not allow pets. We do, however, welcome service dogs and fully comply with all associated ADA requirements.
Q: Where do I park?
A: We offer plenty of free parking located in the front and the rear of the Victorian Mansion.
Q: Do you accommodate dietary restrictions or allergies?
If you have any dietary restrictions that you would like us to know about, please let us know at the time you make your reservation. We will make every effort to try and accommodate your dietary requirements.
Q: Do you allow photography?
A: Commercial photography is strictly prohibited on the premises of the Victorian Mansion, including within all the suites. All murals and art are protected by applicable copyright laws.
